2009 Golf Membership Information
All Homeowners should have received this information via e-mail from the RR office, but I am also posting the information here for future referral.

With this long winter almost over I am happy to say that the 2009 golf season is just around the corner. It’s time to start thinking about tournaments and other events that make spring, summer, and fall so much fun. Enclosed are several information sheets concerning membership, tournaments, TGIF and Summer Jr. Camps. The annual membership runs from March 15, 2009 to March 14, 2010. If you pay for your membership by March 7, 2009 you will receive 1 dozen Titleist NXT golf balls at the time of registration.
The handicap computer will be turned on March 15th. The fees for 2009 will be the same as 2008 - $18 for golf members and $25 for non-members. This year you will again be able to post your scores online as well as in the Pro Shop. Please remember that it is important to post all of your scores after the completion of your round. This will help to ensure that all handicap events are fair for all participants. We will also have a handicap committee comprised of members to help monitor the handicapping process.
I am pleased to announce that both Mac McGraw and John O’Connor will be returning to work in the Pro Shop again this year. Please stop by the shop to welcome them back after their winter break if you get a chance.

2009 TGIF SCHEDULE (tentative)
The dates are as follows.....April 17-May 15-June 26-July 24-August 28-September 25-October 23..........All times are as follows 5pm shotgun start, 7pm cocktails, and 7:30 pm dinner, except October 23 when times are as follows. 4pm shotgun-6pm cocktails, and 6:30 dinner.
Membership Year March 15, 2009-March 14, 2010..The initiation fee for new members is a one time fee of $1500. Full Membership-This membership allows advance reservations for prime time tee times any time of the year. Cart fees are $23 per person when using a RR golf cart. Single $1,525. Family $2,600 Single membership includes three (3) free greens fee guest coupons. Families receive six (6) free greens fee guest coupons. These coupons entitle the members to guest rounds at the $23 cart fee only during off peak times. Trail Fees....For those homeowners who have their own golf cart, payment of a trail fee is required. The annual fee i s$500 for a single membership and $925 for family membership. Trail fees are for the purchasers use only, they are not transferable. Walking Rules...Resident members may walk at anytime. Non-resident members may walk after 2 pm. Tee Time Policy..Member reserved tee times can be made up to 21 days in advance. Cancellations must be made not less than 24 hrs. prior to date of play. If a member fails to cancel a reervation within the time frame, he/she will be responsible for the entire reservatin at the rate charged to the public. Guests of members receive reduced greens fees that vary with the season.

Membership privileges may be suspended, terminated or not renewed at the sole discretion of RR if a member is delinquent in payment of membership fees, or if any member violates the RR Declaration of Covenants or any rules or regulations of RR, the RR HOA, or the RR Condo Association or for any reason at the sole discretion of RR.
Must have at least 8 scores by May 1 from 2009 to play and matches must be completed within the two week schedule or they will be forfeited..........
